New or open a schematic

Goal:	Starting with a new schematic or Opening an existing schematic

What to do:	To create a new schematic, selectFile/NewTo open an existing schematic for editing selectFile/OpenSelect the file (extension *.CSI) and select [Open]
Result:	You can start editing the schematics by drag and drop, move or edit components
